Dunkin’ Donuts conducts a promotional event in collaboration with [Show Me the Money 5]
a television audition program for hip hop artists aired by MNET, a cable TV channel.
Customers are given opportunities to experience [Show Me the Money 5] through Dunkin’ Donuts Korea’s products (beverages and donuts) as well as our containers.
In a Dunkin’ Donuts store full of hip hop music, customers can drink Dunkin’ Donuts beverages from microphone-shaped containers with a [Show Me the Money 5] necklace as if they are in a rap battle just like the contestants on [Show Me the Money 5]
They can leave the restaurant holding hip hop style boom boxes. [Show Me the MIC] is a novel microphone -shaped beverage product combining a donut with a beverage.
The signature product of Dunkin’ Donuts, the glazed donut, is packaged in an orange
capsule, symbolizing the brand color of Dunkin’ Donuts, and placed on top of a beverage.
The round capsule holding the donut clicks safely onto the beverage
to complete a microphone. Customers are able to take along a doughnut with a beverage without any additional packaging.
[Show Me the Boom Box] is a donut box designed
to look like a boom box holding six donuts.
This donut box can later be used as a cell phone holder.
Additionally, by connecting a cell phone which plays music,
the box can be used as a woofer.
